Schweichler Price Mullarkey & Barry (SPMB) has worked closely with Sequoia Capital in completing numerous searches for their portfolio companies. SPMB is a founding member of Access Search Partners (ASP), a global technology partnership with partner firms in the United States, Canada, Europe, Asia Pacific and Brazil/Latin America. In the summer of 2011, Sequoia Capital called Dave Mullarkey, a partner at SPMB to see if he would be interested in conducting a search for a Vice President of Engineering for Lattice Engines. When Dave learned that the position was located in Boston, he suggested that ASP partner firm Polachi, based in Boston, conduct the search. The Vice President Engineering search was successfully completed by ASP firm Polachi in Boston.

In 2012, Lattice Engines asked Dave Mullarkey of SPMB to complete a search for a Vice President of Marketing, a position that was located in San Mateo. SPMB did a nationwide search for the Vice President of Marketing and the finalist candidate was an individual from the Boston area that was recommended by Polachi! More recently, Dave Mullarkey completed a search for a Vice President of Professional Services for Lattice Engines.
