In March, 2010, ChannelAdvisor turned to Polachi, a leading technology recruiting firm in Boston to find a Vice President of Engineering for the company. Polachi successfully completed this search for ChannelAdvisor. As the company continued to grow rapidly, they asked Polachi to recruit a Vice President of Sales for the company.
